Founding Companies

We are looking for companies that want to stand with the Civitana Foundation from the very beginning and be part of the change we want to see: a democracy with more trust, more legitimacy and more citizen participation.

What being a Founding Company means

Basic data protection information
Controller
Fundación Civitana (NIF G72932239). Avenida de Valladolid, 59, 1.º, 28008 Madrid (Spain).
Purpose
To give you information about corporate patronage and its tax benefits, study your request and contact you. If you give us the company’s website, an artificial intelligence assistant (Claude, by Anthropic) reads its public content to suggest the company’s name and size, which you can change; no automated decisions are made. If you tick the box, to send you news from the Foundation by email.
Legal basis
Taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for the news, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
Recipients
No data is disclosed to third parties. Amazon Web Services (hosting and email) and Anthropic Ireland, Limited (reading the website) act as processors. Anthropic Ireland, Limited may engage Anthropic, PBC in the US to carry out the processing; the transfer is based on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. If you tick the news box, your contact details are added to the list managed by Mailchimp (The Rocket Science Group LLC), a processor, with the transfer to the US based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, in the alternative, on the standard contractual clauses.
Retention
For as long as the management of the contribution or the patronage relationship lasts and, if it is not formalised, for up to two years from the last contact.
Rights
Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to dpo@civitana.org. You can lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es).
